In 2009, Chin Hsiung established first Branch Company named CHENG CHANG FIBER CO., LTD at Changhua Beidou, responsibly product low denier spandex covered yarn approximately from 20D/13D and 20D/15D…etc.

Our covered yarn machines all import from Japan and Korea, all raw materials come from Korea and Taiwan’s famous fiber companies. Our spandex covered yarn widely applies to Elastic band, webbing, underwear, Home decoration cloths, socks and Sports and medical products.
